“Cool Tours Sets Standards For Others To Follow, Get Onboard!”

If tourists to the island returns from a trip that they have little to talk about to their family and friends on their return home, you can bet it wasn’t on one of those excursions organized by Cool Tours.

Being in the position once as a key player in the tourism industry, Issa knows too well how important it is for visitors to have fun on a trip for which they pay good money.IMG_0561

“Sometimes it’s not even about the money. They want to see the interesting sites, have a lot of fun and experience real adventure,” says Issa, founder of Cool Tours, one of his over-50 companies operating under the Cool brand.

He adds, “And if you don’t know where to take them and how to bring out the fun in them, it’s not going to happen…they won’t have any fun, and won’t talk about it when they return to their hotel or the cruise ship… and they certainly won’t have anything to say about it to their friends and family when they return home.”

Issa says “it is such memories of their visit that they can’t wait to get home to tell their friends and family about,” noting that “word of mouth is the best form of advertisement for Jamaica and can influence many others to visit the island.”

That’s why, Issa says, “we pay a lot of attention to all our guests on the tour, we find out what their individual needs are and try our best to please everybody. One disappointed guest is too many.”

Cool Tours offers the most exciting tours a visitor can experience in all of Jamaica, from ATV rides and giant rope swings in the Blue Mountains, to kayaking in the rapids of the White River Valley.

In addition, Cool Tours’ high energy guides play the critical role of providing historical information and anecdotes that leave the visitors in awe, while showing them how to have fun – Jamaican Style.

There is also time on a Cool Tours’ trip to kick back, relax and enjoy all that Jamaica has to offer, as the company seeks to ensure that the tour experience lives up to its name.

In the mix too, were Joey & Asha Issa who had just entertained over 100 children at their daughter Alya’s first birthday party. The plan, according to Joey, is for more. “I want three, but Asha says two.” Either way plans are already in gear for another. https://superclubsanniversary.wordpress.com/2015/06/09/couples-resorts-29th-anniversary-celebrations/

So a birthday party it also turned out to be, and the cream of Jamaica’s tourism industry and business and commerce were there to share in Pennicook’s special evening. And what n evening it turned out to be, with Della Manley serenading the birthday boy much to his obvious delight. https://josephissahost.wordpress.com/2013/11/25/issa-resorts-rolls-out-red-carpet-for-paul-pennicook/

Jamaican Hotelier Joseph Issa has the Master Chefs!

Speaking of SuperClubs, there has been a lot of talk about the achievements of the chefs at the grand Lido Hotel in recent culinary competitions, and awards they received. The chefs at this resort have accumulated quite a reputation for being the top culinary masters and they have the trophies to prove it.
